摘要
基于2012—2022年省级面板数据,从劳动者、劳动资料和劳动对象三个维度构建新质生产力评价指标体系并进行测度,之后通过面板模型分析其对产业结构升级的影响、机制及空间溢出效应。结果显示:新质生产力对产业结构升级具有显著促进作用,技术创新为中介传导机制;东部、西部、东北地区新质生产力对产业结构升级的促进作用显著,而中部地区不显著;新质生产力对产业结构升级的影响存在显著空间外溢效应,且邻近地区新质生产力对本地区产业结构升级影响的间接效应更大。
Based on provincial panel data from 2012 to 2022,the paper constructed an index system encompassing laborers,labor materials and labor objects to conduct a measurement.Then the paper used the panel model to analyze the impact,mechanism and spatial spillover effect on the upgrading of industrial structure.The results showed that new quality productive forces had a significant positive effect on the upgrading of industrial structure,and technological innovation served as an intermediary transmission mechanism.This promotion effect was more pronounced in the eastern,western and northeastern regions,while the effect in the central region was not significant.There was a notable spatial spillover effect of new quality productive forces on industrial structure upgrading,with the largest indirect impact observed on the industrial structure upgrading of adjacent regions.
