摘要
在“绿水青山就是金山银山”的政策号召以及媒体的监督机制共同作用之下,重污染企业借助企业绿色创新打破重污染“牢笼”实现可持续发展。以2006-2020年A股重污染企业为研究样本,研究社交媒体对企业绿色创新所产生的影响并深入探究其中的作用机制,研究发现:(1)较高的媒体关注度对企业绿色创新具有促进作用;(2)将媒体报道细分为两个维度,与正面报道相比,媒体负面报道对企业绿色创新具有更显著的促进作用;(3)检验市场化水平在媒体与企业绿色创新中的调节机制。本研究不仅从细分维度上丰富了绿色创新和媒体理论研究范畴,为重污染企业绿色创新研究提供了新的视角,也为重污染企业突破现有的绿色创新实践、实现企业可持续发展提供了理论借鉴。
Under the joint action of the policy call of"clear water and green mountains are gold and silver mountains"and the supervision mechanism of the media,heavily polluting enterprises break the"cage"of heavy pollution with the help of enterprise green innovation to achieve sustainable development.This paper takes a-share heavy polluting enterprises from 2006 to 2020 as research samples and finds that:(1)high media attention can promote green innovation of enterprises;(2)Media reports are subdivided into two dimensions.Compared with positive reports,negative media reports have a more significant promoting effect on enterprise green innovation;(3)Agency cost plays a mediating role in the mechanism between media and enterprise green innovation;(4)Test the regulation mechanism of marketization level in media and enterprise green innovation.This study not only enriches the research scope of green innovation and media theory from the subdivision dimension,but also provides a new perspective for the research on green innovation of heavy polluting enterprises,and provides theoretical reference for heavy polluting enterprises to break through the existing green innovation practice and achieve sustainable development of enterprises.
