摘要
在"加快构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局"的战略背景下,我国亟待加快产业数字化转型,提高产业链、供应链的稳定性和竞争力。本文从产业数字化转型的内涵与外延、主要特征、动力体系、产业链重塑效应四个方面阐述产业数字化转型的理论体系,结合我国产业数字化发展现状,剖析"双循环"新发展格局战略背景下我国产业数字化转型面临的新机遇与新挑战,提出建立"推进机制、协同机制、共享机制、保障机制"四大政策机制和"构建自主创新与开放共享结合的数字技术体系、推动产业数字化模式创新与变革、提升产业数字化治理模式水平、加快产业数字基础设施建设"四大措施,以推进我国产业数字化转型。
Against the strategic background of"a new development paradigm with domestic circulation as the mainstay and domestic and international circulations reinforcing each other",it is urgent to speed up the industry digitalization and improve the stability and competitiveness of the supply chain.This paper expounds the theoretical system of industry digitalization from three aspects of its connotation and extension,main characteristics and power system.Based on analysis of opportunities and challenges faced by China’s industry digitalization against the strategic background of the new development paradigm,it proposes the construction of a digital technology system featuring independent innovation,openness and sharing,and promoting the innovation and reform of industry digitalization model,to improve the digital industry governance model,accelerate the development of industrial digital infrastructure,and promote the four policy mechanisms for advancing,coordination,sharing and support to promote China’s industry digitalization.
