摘要
川芎为我国常用传统中药材,临床应用广泛。随着对川芎研究的不断深入,其有效成分及新产品研发得到广泛关注,具有良好应用开发前景。本文在对其资源分布、化学成分和药理作用进行了总结和综述,根据质量标志物(Q-marker)理念,通过化学成分与成分有效性、成分可测性、入血成分、不同配伍中表达成分、贮藏温度几个方面对川芎质量标志物成分进行预测与分析,为完善川芎质量评价标准提供科学基础和依据。
Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong is a commonly used traditional Chinese herb in China and is widely used in clinical practice.With the deepening research on Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,its active ingredients and new product development have received wide attention and offer good prospects for application development.In this paper,we summarize and review its resource distribution,chemical composition and pharmacological effects,and predict and analyze the quality marker components of Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong through several aspects of chemical composition and component effectiveness,component measurability,blood component,expressed component in different combinations,and storage temperature according to the concept of quality marker(Q-marker)to provide a scientific basis and foundation for improving the quality evaluation criteria of Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong.
