摘要
目的:研究川芎Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.的化学成分。方法:采用HPD100大孔树脂、PRP-512A大孔树脂、MCI树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶等柱色谱方法及制备液相色谱技术分离纯化,运用核磁共振波谱、质谱等波谱学技术结合理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果:从川芎70%乙醇提取物中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为:3,4-二甲氧基-5-羟基苯丙酮(1)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯丙酮(2)、1-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-1-戊酮(3)、4,7-二羟基-3-丁基苯酞(4)、阿魏酸(5)、臭矢菜素B(6)、(Z)-藁本内酯(7)、洋川芎内酯A(8)、3,4-二甲氧基苯丙酮(9)、4-[(E)-3-乙氧基-1-丙烯基]-2-甲氧基苯酚(10)、洋川芎内酯I(11)、洋川芎内酯H(12)、4-羟基-3-丁基苯酞(13)。结论:其中,化合物1为新化合物,化合物2、6、9、10为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Ligusticum chuanxiong.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography with HPD100 macroporous resin,PRP-512 A macroporous resin,MCI resin,silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 gel,and preparative liquid chromatography.The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR and mass spectrometry combined with physical and chemical properties.Results:A total of 13 compounds were isolated from the 70%ethanol extract of Ligusticum chuanxiong and identified as 3,4-dimethoxy-5-hydroxypropiophenone(1),4-hydroxy-3-methoxypropiophenone(2),1-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-1-pentanone(3),4,7-dihydroxy-3-butylphthalide(4),ferulic acid(5),cleomiscosin B(6),(Z)-ligustilide(7),senkyunolide A(8),3,4-dimethoxypropiophenone(9),4-[(E)-3-ethoxy-1-propenyl]-2-methoxyphenol(10),senkyunolide I(11),senkyunolide H(12),4-hydroxy-3-butylphthalide(13),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compound 1 is a new compound,compounds 2,6,9,10 are isolated from Ligusticum chuanxiong for the first time.
