摘要
射干中含有黄酮类、挥发油、酚酸类、甾类及三萜类等多种活性成分,具有抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、止咳及神经保护等药理活性。在对射干的化学成分、药理作用进行总结及理解质量标志物新概念的基础上,从亲缘性及特有性、传统药效、传统药性、入血成分及可测性、不同产区和不同采收时期分析可作为射干质量标志物(Q-marker)的成分,对射干Q-marker进行预测分析,进一步控制和评价射干质量,对于后期建立射干药材的质量标准具有重要意义。
Shegan(Belamcanda chinensis)contains flavonoids,volatile oils,phenolic acids,steroids and triterpenoids,and has pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antiviral,anti-tumor,antitussive and neuroprotective effects.On the basis of summarizing the chemical components and pharmacological effects of Shegan(Belamcanda chinensis)and understanding the new concept of quality markers(Q-markers),the components which can be used as Q-markers of Shegan(Belamcanda chinensis)were analyzed from the aspects of kinship and specificity,traditional medicinal effects,traditional medicinal properties,blood composition and testability,different producing areas and different harvesting periods.The predictive analysis of the Q-marker of Shegan(Belamcanda chinensis)can further control and evaluate the quality of Shegan(Belamcanda chinensis).It is of great significance for the later establishment of quality standards for Shegan(Belamcanda chinensis).
