摘要
目的:观察分析刘茂林教授经验方结合超声脑血管治疗仪治疗颈动脉斑块的临床价值。方法:将纳入诊疗标准的60例颈动脉斑块患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例,对照组给予超声脑血管治疗仪治疗;治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上采用刘茂林教授经验方“桃红附子枳实薤白桂枝汤”治疗。两组患者均治疗2周为1个疗程,一共治疗2个疗程。治疗前后分别检测纳入患者的颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度、斑块的直径以及血脂指标,并且计算斑块积分,以此来评定两组的临床疗效。结果:在血脂指标中,治疗后总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白均降低,但治疗组更有优势,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的颈动脉斑块积分与对照组相比减少,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),即治疗组在治疗颈动脉斑块方面优于对照组。结论:超声脑血管治疗仪结合“桃红附子枳实薤白桂枝汤”治疗颈动脉斑块在改善颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度及斑块大小方面优于单纯使用超声脑血管治疗仪治疗,具有临床疗效。
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical value of Professor LIU Maolin’s experience prescription plus ultrasonic cerebrovascular therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of carotid plaque.Methods:A total of 60 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by ultrasonic cerebrovascular therapeutic apparatus.The treatment group was additionally given Professor LIU Maolin’s experience prescription,the Taohong Fuzi Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction(桃红附子枳实薤白桂枝汤).The two groups were treated for 2 weeks as a course of treatment,with a total of 2 courses of treatment.Results:In terms of blood lipid indexes,the total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein in both groups were decreased after treatment,the treatment group showed more advantages,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the carotid plaque score in the treatment group was decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),that is,the treatment group was better than the control group in the treatment of carotid plaque.Conclusion:Ultrasonic cerebrovascular therapeutic apparatus plus the Taohong Fuzi Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction on carotid plaque is better than single ultrasonic cerebrovascular therapeutic apparatus in ameliorating carotid intima-media thickness and plaque size,and shows clinical efficacy.
