摘要
概括了党参的质量控制以及基于质量标志物的新概念对党参的质量标志物进行预测。从中国知网、维普、万方等数据库检索近15年关于党参的资料,对资料归类整理,近十几年来学者采用高效液相色谱法、苯酚-硫酸法等对党参进行质量控制,基于植物亲缘学及化学成分、不同配伍、化学成分有效性、可测性及入血成分对党参质量标志物进行预测分析,可将党参多糖、党参炔苷、苍术内酯Ⅱ、苍术内酯Ⅲ、党参碱、木犀草素、党参总黄酮、党参总皂苷、丁香苷作为党参质量标志物的选择对象,以期完善党参的质量评价整体性。
The quality control and the prediction of quality markers of Dangshen(Radix Codonopsis)based on the new concept of quality markers were outlined.We searched the data on Dangshen(Radix Codonopsis)from China Knowledge Network Wipe and Wanfang database for the past 15 years and categorized the data.The scholars used high performance liquid chromatography and phenol-sulfuric acid method for the quality control of Dangshen(Radix Codonopsis)in the past ten years,and predicted the analysis of Dangshen(Radix Codonopsis)quality marker crystals based on phytophilology and chemical composition,different pairings,chemical composition effectiveness,measurability and blood entry components,which can be categorized as Dangshen(Radix Codonopsis)polysaccharide,Dangshen(Radix Codonopsis)alkynes,Atractylodes lactoneⅡ,Atractylodes lactoneⅢ,Codonopsis pilosula alkaloids,luteolin,total flavonoids,total saponins and syringins were selected as the quality markers of Dangshen(Radix Codonopsis)in order to improve the quality evaluation of Dangshen(Radix Codonopsis)as a whole.
