摘要
在电站企业项目管理中,质量管理体系是项目有效运行的基础和依据。以泰国电厂项目为例,结合项目本身实际情况建立完整的质量管理体系,有效的保障了项目的运行,体现了质量管理体系在以泰国电厂项目中的应用和意义。
Quality management system is the foundation and proof of power project effective operation. Taking Thailand power project as example, combining actual situation a complete quality management system is established to ensure effective operation of project which reflect the application and significance of the quality management system.
