摘要
目的观察益气活血通络汤联合拜糖平治疗老年高血压伴2型糖尿病的疗效。方法将我门诊部92例老年高血压伴2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各46例。对照组采用拜糖平治疗,治疗组采用益气活血通络汤联合拜糖平治疗。比较两组临床疗效、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、空腹血浆葡萄糖(FPG)、餐后2h血浆葡萄糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白A1c(HbA1c)、血糖水平标准差(SDBG)、日内血糖波动幅度(MAGE)、餐后血糖波动均值(MPPGE)。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组SBP、DBP、FPG、2hPBG、HbA1c、SDBG、MAGE、MPPGE较治疗前下降(P<0.05)治疗组SBP、DBP、FPG、2hPBG、HbA1c、SDBG、MAGE、MPPGE低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气活血通络汤联合拜糖平治疗老年高血压伴2型糖尿病患者在降血压、降血糖、降血糖波动方面疗效显著。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with Baitangping on senile hypertension with type 2 diabetes.Methods Ninety-two elderly patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 46 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Baitangping,while research group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial plasma glucose(2hPBG),glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),standard deviation of blood glucose levels(SDBG),mean postprandial blood glucose fluctuation(MAGE),and mean postprandial glucose excursion(MPPGE)were comparec between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the SBP,DBP,FPG,2hPBG,HbA1c,SDBG,MAGE,and MPPGE decreased in both groups compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and were lower in study group than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with Baitangping is effective in reducing blood pressure,blood sugar and blood sugar fluctuation in elderly hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes.
