摘要
目的探究肝阳上亢型高血压患者采用天麻钩藤饮加减治疗的效果.方法选取本院2021年2月—2022年2月收治的120例高血压肝阳上亢型患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,每组60例.对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上采用天麻钩藤饮加减方治疗.比较两组患者的血压水平、中医证候积分、血清学指标水平及不良反应发生情况.结果治疗后,研究组的收缩压、舒张压水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的中医证候积分为(8.56±1.41)分,低于对照组的(10.07±2.35)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论高血压肝阳上亢型患者采用天麻钩藤饮加减治疗,可有效控制血压水平,缓解临床症状,减轻机体炎症反应,且药物不良反应轻微.
Objective To explore the effect of modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction on hypertensive patients with liveryang hyperactivity.Methods 120 hypertensive patients with liver-yang hyperactivity type treated in the hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction on this basis.The blood pressure level,TCM syndrome score,serum blood index levels and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was(8.56±1.41)points,lower than(10.07±2.35)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction can effectively control blood pressure,relieve clinical symptoms and reduce inflammation,and the adverse drug reaction is slight.
