摘要
以167篇乡村振兴人才文献为研究对象,借助社会网络分析法开展乡村振兴人才相关文献共词分析、聚类分析和多维尺度分析,展现国内乡村振兴人才研究全景全貌。当前,我国乡村振兴人才研究主要涉及乡村产业人才、乡村公共服务人才、本土人才培养、乡村人才回流等方面,构建了以职业教育、高等院校和涉农高校为主的人才培养体系,人才队伍体系包含农村创新创业带头人、乡村教师队伍、农村电商人才等,为此提出强化组织领导、完善人才分类评价机制、做好留住人才文章的建议,为不断壮大乡村振兴人才队伍提供借鉴参考。
Based on 167 core papers about rural revitalization talents,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of relevant literature using social network analysis,including co-word analysis,cluster analysis,and multidimensional scaling analysis,to comprehensively showcase the overall status of research on rural revitalization talents in China.Currently,research in this field mainly focuses on six themes:rural industrial talents,rural public service talents,local talent cultivation,rural talent return,and more.Meanwhile,a talent cultivation system has been established with vocational education,higher education institutions,and agriculture-related universities as the main body,covering multiple talent teams such as rural entrepreneurial and innovative leaders,rural teachers,and rural e-commerce talents.This paper proposes suggestions such as strengthening organizational leadership,improving talent classification and evaluation mechanisms,and implementing strategies to retain talents,aim to provide useful references for the continuous growth of the rural revitalization talent team.
