摘要
发展本科层次职业教育是满足社会经济结构转型、优化高等教育结构、构建现代职业教育体系的重要战略任务。当前,我国本科层次职业教育仍处于起步阶段,明晰本科层次职业教育的作用机理与优化效用,对于深化相关研究并为其指明发展方向尤为重要。基于人力资本理论的新视角,运用人力资本理论对发展本科层次职业教育的解释力,探究本科层次职业教育在人力资本开发上具有符合职业教育类型属性、顺应社会经济发展要求、满足人们教育投资需要的作用机理。其优化效用体现在三个方面:一是改善发展困境,优化职业教育内部经费投入;二是促进协调发展,优化不同层次职业教育之间资源结构;三是解决供需矛盾,优化我国高学历人才结构。
The development of undergraduate vocational education is an important strategic task of meeting social economic transformation,optimizing higher education structure and constructing modern vocational education system.Now,undergraduate vocational education is still in the primary exploration stage.It is particularly important to clear the mechanism and function of undergraduate vocational education,because it can deepen the relevant research and indicate the direction of development.Based on a new perspective from human capital theory,the research tries to explore the mechanism of undergraduate vocational education in the human capital development.It analyzes the function of undergraduate vocational education from the following three points:improving the development dilemma and optimizing the internal funding of vocational education;promoting coordinated development and optimizing the resource structure between different levels of vocational education;solving the contradiction between supply and demand and optimizing the structure of highly educated talents in China.
