摘要
随着乡村振兴战略的大力推进,我国新型职业农民培育工作不断走向深入,如何提升培育质量成为社会关注的重点问题。其中,培育质量标准体系的构建是新型职业农民培育质量提升的关键因素。经过多年的理论总结和实践探索,我国新型职业农民培育已取得很大成效,但新型职业农民培育质量标准的指标体系还很不完善,更未能形成培育质量标准体系。只有依据我国相关政策文件,针对新型职业农民培育中的突出问题,运用相关理论推理,构建完善的新型职业农民培育质量标准体系,才能有效促进我国新型职业农民培育质量的进一步提升。
With the vigorous advancement of the rural revitalization strategy,the cultivation of new-type professional farmers in China has continued to deepen,and how to improve the quality of cultivation has become a key issue of social concern.Among them,the construction of the cultivation quality standard system is a key factor in the improvement of the cultivation quality of new-type professional farmers.After years of theoretical summaries and practical explorations,the cultivation of new-type professional farmers China has achieved great results,but the index system of the quality standards for the cultivation of new-type professional farmers is still imperfect,let alone a quality standard system for cultivation.Only in accordance with the relevant policy documents,aiming at the outstanding problems in the cultivation of new-type professional farmers,using relevant theoretical reasoning,and constructing a complete quality standard system for the cultivation of new-type professional farmers,can we effectively promote the further improvement of the quality of cultivation of newtype professional farmers in China.
