摘要
应用型人才的能力体系包含实践行动能力、协同工作能力、创新创造能力、技术适变能力、岗位需求分析能力,项目教学法在培养上述能力方面具有优势。以建构主义学习理论、情境认知理论、面向实践的场域理论为基础构建了基于项目教学法的应用型人才培养教学模式,该模式主要包括项目学习目标分析、项目准备、项目设计、项目实施、项目评价、学习环境六个要素。基于项目教学法的职业院校应用型人才培养教学模式的实践策略为:确定合理的应用型人才培养目标;重视课程与岗位任务的高度匹配;促进校企深度合作协同育人;推动信息技术与教育教学深度融合;以项目教学法为抓手,打造高质量“双师型”教师队伍。
The competence system of applied talents includes practical action ability,collaborative working ability,innovation and creativity ability,technology adaptation ability,and job demand analysis ability,and the project-based teaching method has advantages in cultivating these abilities.Based on constructivist learning theory,contextual cognitive theory and practice-oriented field theory,the teaching model of applied talents cultivation based on project-based teaching method is constructed,which mainly includes six elements:project learning goal analysis,project preparation,project design,project implementation,project evaluation and learning environment.The practical strategies of the project-based teaching method for vocational schools’applied talent cultivation teaching model are:determining reasonable applied talent cultivation goals;attaching importance to the high matching between curriculum and job tasks;promoting in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises for collaborative education;promoting the deep integration of information technology and education teaching;and using project-based teaching method as a grip to build a high-quality“double-qualified”teacher team.
