摘要
现代化是新时代发展的重要议程,人才是影响现代化进程的关键因素。乡村工匠是掌握传统技艺的高素质技能人才,培育乡村工匠能够推动农村农业产业化发展、促进乡村乡风建设、盘活农村人才资源,为农村现代化建设奠定物质基础、提供文化支撑和人才资源。实践层面,乡村工匠培育成效受到培训对象、培训体系、制度环境等因素制约。新时代,要发挥乡村工匠推动农村现代化发展的作用,应建立健全体制机制,发挥政府的主导作用;有效整合资源,强化农村职业教育主体作用;完善工匠培育体系,发挥体系的保障作用。
Modernization is an important agenda for the development of the new era,and talent is the key factor affecting the process of modernization.Rural craftsmen are high-quality skilled personnel who master traditional skills,and cultivating rural craftsmen can promote the development of rural agricultural industrialization,promote the construction of rural customs,revitalize rural human resources,lay a material foundation,and provide cultural support and human resources for rural modernization.At the practical level,the effectiveness of cultivating rural craftsmen is limited by factors such as training objects,training systems and institutional environment.In the new era,to give play to the role of rural craftsmen in promoting the development of rural modernization,we should establish and improve institutional mechanisms,give play to the leading role of the government,effectively integrate resources,strengthen the main role of rural vocational education,improve the craftsman cultivation system,and give play to the guarantee role of the system.
