摘要
高等教育学的再学科化包括学科定位的再学科化、学科身份的再学科化和学科知识生产的再学科化。知识生产的再学科化事关高等教育学的内在合法性,是高等教育学赢得学术共同体和实践共同体认可的知识建构之路。高等教育学知识生产的根本性危机在于知识生产过程的断裂。知识生产活动与研究对象的断裂、学术部落内外的断裂和知识生产链条的断裂是高等教育学知识生产过程断裂的三个主要方面。高等教育学知识的有效积累不仅需要每一位研究者的个体智慧,更依赖有效的知识积累机制。构建有效的知识积累机制需要重申建立自主开放的高等教育学,需要推进高等教育学知识的合理分化与整合,需要建设负责任的学术共同体,需要进一步优化高等教育学知识生产的环境。
The re-disciplinary development of higher education includes the reorientation of disciplinary positioning,the reaffirmation of disciplinary identity,and the restructuring of disciplinary knowledge production.The re-disciplinary development of knowledge production is related to the inherent legitimacy of higher education and is the path of knowledge construction for higher education to gain recognition from both academic and practical communities,The fundamental crisis in knowledge production in higher education studies lies in the rupture of the knowledge production process.The rupture between knowledge production activities and research objects,the rupture within and outside academic communities,and the rupture of knowledge production chains are the three main aspects of the rupture in the knowledge production process of higher education studies.The effective accumulation of knowledge in higher education studies not only requires the individual wisdom of each researcher,but also relies on effective knowledge accumulation mechanisms.To build an effective knowledge accumulation mechanism,it is necessary to reassert the establishment of an independent and open higher education system,promote the rational differentiation and integration of knowledge in higher education studies,establish a responsible academic community,and further optimize the environment for knowledge production in higher education studies.
