摘要
当下,我国各地数字乡村建设蓬勃发展,但数字建设的“悬浮化”“被动化”等问题不断浮现。浙江X村聚焦“附近”,积极探索数字技术与乡土社会有效接合的公共服务数字化转型,为数字乡村可持续发展奠定良好的社会基础,在日益流动化、老龄化、空心化的乡村,通过运用多元数字化媒介,从时间、空间和社会维度激活“附近”,在公共服务供给中推进基层政府、乡村精英和社会力量广泛合作,使数字技术更好地服务于乡村社会。关注“附近”视域下的乡村数字化转型,处理好传统与现代、全球与地方、个体与社会的关系,扩大数字技术在社会领域的赋能效应,是激发乡村内生动力,推进数字乡村建设高质量和可持续发展的根本保障。
At present,the construction of digital villages in China is booming,but the“levitation”and“passivity”of digital construction continue to emerge.X Village in Zhejiang focuses on the“nearby”,actively explores the digital transformation of public services that effectively integrates digital technology and local society,and lays a good social foundation for the sustainable development of digital villages.In the increasingly mobile,aging,and hollow villages,the“nearby”is activated from the time,space,and social dimensions through the use of multiple digital media,thus promoting extensive cooperation among community-level governments,rural elites and social forces in the supply of public services,so that digital technology can better serve rural society.Focusing on the rural digital transformation from the perspective of“nearby”,handling the relationship between tradition and modernity,global and local,individual and society,and expanding the empowerment of digital technology in the social field are guarantees for stimulating the internal dynamics of the countryside and promoting the high-quality and sustainable development of digital village construction.
