摘要
增加农户财产性收入,是推进共同富裕的重要要求。基于中国家庭追踪调查微观数据,实证检验了农户数字素养对财产性收入的影响,识别了依托数字素养改善财产性收入的路径和重点难点。研究结果表明:数字素养对农户财产性收入积累存在促进作用,且这种影响呈现“益贫性”特征;结构视角出发,数字素养对财产性收入的影响取决于使用数字基础设施的目的,数字社交对农户财产性收入提升作用并不明显,严肃类数字活动更能促进农户财富积累;机制分析表明,数字素养能够降低知识和有效信息获取成本,培养和导入市场经济意识,拓展既有资产价值转化路径,改善资产决策和配置效率,实现财产性收入增加;异质性分析发现,数字素养对中老年农户和低受教育程度农户的增收效果更加明显。
Enhancing farmers’property income is an important requirement for promoting common prosperity.Based on micro-survey data from China Family Panel Studies(CFPS),the article empirically tests the impact of farmers’digital literacy on property income,and identifies the path and key difficulties in improving property income by relying on digital literacy.The research indicate following results:digital literacy has a promoting effect on the accumulation of farmers’property income,and this effect presents the characteristics of“pro-poorness”;from a structural perspective,the impact of digital literacy on property income depends on the purpose of using digital infrastructure;digital social interaction has no obvious effect on improving farmers’property income,and serious digital activities can better promote the accumulation of farmers’wealth;mechanism analysis shows that digital literacy can reduce the cost of knowledge and effective information acquisition,cultivate and introduce market economy awareness,expand the path of existing asset value transformation,improve the efficiency of asset decision-making and allocation,and realize the increase of property income;heterogeneity analysis found that the effect of digital literacy on the income of middle-aged and elderly farmers and farmers with low education is more obvious.
