On Asset- Based Community Development Strategy and the Enlightenment to China

摘要 "资产为本的社区发展模式"在当今许多国家和地区已被广泛运用。该模式挑战了传统的以"社区需要"为取向的介入模式,提出应以社区资产或社区优势为介入重点,其主要特点表现在三个方面:一是资产为本,即强调不是由社区问题或需要出发,而是由社区拥有的资产或优势出发来介入社区;二是内在取向,即强调社区居民自身参与社区发展的能力;三是关系构建,即强调居民和社团之间的接触,以及各种网络关系的建立。资产为本的社区发展模式对于改进我们以往传统的社区发展理念和介入方法具有重要启示。 Asset-Based Community Development Strategy has been widely used in many countries and regions.This strategy challenges the traditional Needs-Based Approach firstly and starts with what is present in the community rather than with what is absent or problematic.Secondly it is internally focused that the strategy concentrates on agenda build-ing and problem-solving capacity of residents,associations and institutions.Thirdly the process is‘ relationship driven’ which means the relationships between residents,as...
