摘要 1+X证书制度在技能型社会建设中发挥着助推器作用。实施1+X证书制度,有利于凸显职业教育类型特征、增强全社会职业培训能力、促进国家资历框架的搭建。围绕技能型社会建设的目标,落实1+X证书制度,应明确“科学认知是主观前提、多元联动是实践要点、配套制度是重要支撑、物质保障是现实基础”等关键点。从建立“岗课赛证”融通的教学体系、推进校企“双元”育人、加强学校教育资源建设、打造“双师型”教学创新团队、构建证书引进质量保障机制等方面,探索1+X证书制度的实施路径,为全面建设技能型社会提供坚实的人才支撑。 The 1+X certificate system plays a booster role in the construction of a skilled society.The implementation of the 1+X certificate system is conducive to highlighting the characteristics of vocational education types,enhancing the vocational training capacity of the whole society,and promoting the construction of the national qualification framework.Focusing on the goal of building a skilled society and implementing the 1+X certificate system,it is necessary to clarify the key points such that“scientific cognition is the subjective premise,multiple linkage is the practical point,supporting system is the important support,and material security is the realistic basis”.This paper explores the implementation path of the 1+X certificate system from the aspects of establishing the teaching system of“Post Course Competition Certificate”,promoting the“dual”education between schools and enterprises,strengthening the construction of school education resources,building the“Double-qualified”teaching innovation team,and building the quality assurance mechanism of certificate introduction,so as to provide solid talent support for the comprehensive construction of a skilled society.
