摘要
我国职业转向目前已进入高质量发展阶段,为探求中等职业学校办学质量,基于2005-2020年中职学校生师比的统计数据,从三个维度对中职学校生师比变化进行分析:一是纵向对中职学校生师比数量进行历史分析,二是对东中西三大区域的中职学校生师比进行横向比较,三是利用因素分析法剖析三大区域生师比变化的影响因素大小。分析表明,中职学校教师数变化与学生数变化同步,学生数变化是生师比变化的主要因素,中西部地区是影响全国生师比居高不下的主要因素。
China’s vocational steering has now entered the stage of high-quality development,in order to explore the quality of secondary vocational school operation,based on the statistics of the student-teacher ratio of secondary vocational schools from 2005 to 2020,the changes in the student-teacher ratio of secondary vocational schools are analyzed from three dimensions:one is a historical analysis of the number of students and teachers in secondary vocational schools vertically,the second is a horizontal comparison of the student-teacher ratio of secondary vocational schools in the three major regions of east,central and west,and the third is to analyze the size of the influencing factors of the changes in the student-teacher ratio in three major regions by using factor analysis method.The analysis shows that the change in teachers is synchronized with the change in the number of students,the change in the number of students is the main factor in the change in the student-teacher ratio,and the central and western regions are the main factors affecting the high studentteacher ratio in the country.
