国际教师数字胜任力研究:概念框架、影响机制与实践路径 被引量:18

An International Study of the Digital Competency of Teachers:Conceptual Framework,Influence Mechanism and Practice Path

摘要 智能技术在教育领域的不断渗透对教师数字胜任力的发展提出了根本要求。教师数字胜任力的定义概念经历了从素养到胜任力的演化过程,同时其实践框架实现了从聚焦于单一教育主题领域到综合性能力集的发展。教师数字胜任力的影响机制是提升教学绩效的关键;教师性别、年龄以及学历等自然属性对其数字胜任力发展的影响尚无定论,而教师态度、信念与自我效能感等心理倾向性则发挥正向推动作用;同时教育系统的基础设施、领导管理以及学校文化等因素对教师数字胜任力发展的支持作用也不容忽视。线下培训共同体项目、在线培训互动社区以及多元创新实践等是当前国际上教师数字胜任力培养的重要实践途径。对我国相关研究的启示:应加紧制定面向智能时代的教师数字胜任力框架,牢牢把握数字胜任力的教育性核心;跟进教师数字胜任力影响机制研究,揭示其与教学绩效的内在逻辑;探索多元丰富的教师培训实践形式,更新教师数字胜任力测评工具,以提升测评的科学有效性。 The constant penetration of intelligent technology in the field of education puts forward fundamental requirements for the development of teachers’digital competency.The definition of teachers’digital competency has experienced the evolution process from literacy to competency,and its practical framework has achieved the development from focusing on a single educational subject area to a comprehensive set of capabilities.The influence mechanism of teachers’digital competency is the key to improving teaching performance.The influence of teachers’gender,age,education background and other natural attributes on their digital competency development has not been concluded;but teachers’attitudes,beliefs and self-efficacy play a positive role;and the supporting role of educational system infrastructure,leadership management and school culture on the development of teachers’digital competency should not be ignored.The offline training community project,online training interactive community and diversified innovation practice are the important practical ways to cultivate teachers’digital competency in the world.Based on this,it is necessary for us to step up the digital competency framework for teachers in the intelligent era,and firmly grasp the educational core of digital competency,follow up the research on the influence mechanism of teachers’digital competency,and reveal the internal logic between it and teaching performance,explore the diversified and rich forms of teacher training practice,and update the digital competency assessment tools for teachers to improve the scientific effectiveness of the assessment.
