摘要
在2025年之前建立欧洲教育区(European Education Area)是欧盟教育发展的宏大计划。面对近年来高质量教师缺乏、师资队伍老龄化、教师职业吸引力下降等诸多挑战,欧盟相继出台了一系列有关教师教育改革与发展的政策。这些政策聚焦于追求卓越教师培养目标,发展包容、公平而优质的教育;创新教师教育课程理念,注重教师数字及语言能力培养;优化教师教育评价体系,激活教师内源性动力生成;倡导教师教育国际理解,促进师资培养无国界流动;提高教师职业社会声望,提供教师发展环境支持等方面。研究欧盟教师教育政策的主要特征与发展动向对我国新时代教师教育创新发展具有积极的启示意义。
Establishing the European Education Area by 2025 is a grand plan for the development of EU education.Facing many challenges in recent years,such as the shortage of high-qualified teachers,the aging of teaching staff and the decline of the attractiveness of the teaching profession,the European Union has issued a series of policies on the reform and development of teacher education.These policies focus on the following aspects:striving for teacher excellence and developing fair and quality education;innovating teacher education curriculum concepts and emphasizing the core competencies of teachers;optimizing the teacher education evaluation system and activating the endogenous dynamics of teachers;advocating international understanding of the teaching profession and creating a supportive environment for teachers’development.The main characteristics and development trends of European TE policies provide positive enlightenment to China’s TE innovative development in the new era.
