基于移动学习的“儿科学”专业课翻转课堂教学设计研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨基于移动学习的翻转课堂教学模式在“儿科学”专业课教学中的应用效果。方法设计开发了一种适用于移动学习的“交互式儿科学”应用程序(APP),并应用于本科生“儿科学”教学实践。选择南方医科大学第二临床医学院2014级临床专业一教班学生53人为实验班,同年级同专业的二教班学生54人为对照班。实验班采用基于此APP的翻转课堂教学,对照班采用传统课堂讲授教学。教学完成后采用问卷调查了解学生对该教学法的满意度,通过理论考试成绩对比评价实验班和对照班学生的学习效果。结果只有7.4%的学生使用过移动设备辅助学习临床课程,92.5%的学生认为移动学习有新意,88.5%的学生认为移动学习有利于提高学习兴趣,78.1%的学生认为移动学习能够获得更多新的专业知识,98.3%的学生愿意接受该教学模式。实验班考试成绩高于对照班。结论基于移动学习的“儿科学”专业翻转课堂模式为学生提供了丰富的资源,激发了学生利用网络学习的兴趣,增强了学生综合实践能力。 Objective To explore the application effect of Flipped Classroom teaching mode based on mobile learning in the pediatrics teaching.Methods An"interactive pediatrics"application(APP)for mobile learning had been developed and applied to pediatric teaching for undergraduate students.53 students from class 1 enrolled in 2014 from the Second Clinical Medi-cal School of Southern Medical University were selected in the experimental group,and 54 stu-dents in class 2 in the same grade were in the control group.The experimental group were taught in Flipped Classroom based on this APP,while the control group used traditional classroom teaching.After completion of course,the students'experience and opinions on Flipped Classroom teaching based on mobile learning were surveyed through questionnaire,and the learning effect of the experimental group and the control was evaluated through theoretical examination.Results Only 7.4%of the students used mobile devices frequently to assist studying clinical courses,92.5%of the students thought mobile learning was innovative,88.5%of the students agreed that mobile learning was helpful to improve their interest in learning,78.1%of them approved that mobile learning could help acquire more updated professional knowledge,and 98.3%of learners are willing to accept Flipped Classroom teaching mode based on mobile learning.Test scores of the students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion Flipped Classroom teaching mode based on mobile learning in pediatrics constructs a new teaching mode,provides students with rich resources,stimulates their interest in learning through the internet,and enhances their comprehensive practical ability.
