摘要
[目的/意义]针对翻转课堂研究现状,构建基于教学目标分类理论的翻转课堂教学模型,通过实证研究验证模型的可信度,总结成功教学的经验,以期为同行提供参考。[方法/过程]以《医学文献管理与信息分析》课程为例,对教学模型进行验证,从教师和学生两个层面阐述和总结每个阶段的实施要点。[结果/结论]研究发现,翻转课堂的教学效果显著,教学成功的因素主要有教学理论的支撑、以学习者为中心的教学设计、精心准备的微课资源、教育技术的应用以及功能完备的教学平台等。
[ Purpose/significance ] With regards to the current scholarship of flipped classroom research, a flipped classroom teaching model is constructed, based on the theory of teaching objective classification. The relevant empirical research is then conducted to verify the feasibility of the model, in order to provide reference for our colleagues. [ Method/process] The teaching model is applied in the graduate students' course of Medical Literature Management and Information Analysis, and the implementation measures of each stage are elaborated and summarized from both the teacher' s perspective and the students' perspective. [ Result/conclusion] The empirical research leads to the conclusion that the flipped classroom teaching is effective. The successful teaching results from the support of teaching theory, the learnercentered instructional design, well-prepared micro-curriculum resources, the application of educational technology, and a fully functional teaching platform.
