摘要
随着互联网时代的到来,基于网络这一媒介与平台所发生的传播、交流等的影响与日俱增,因此,如何利用网络得天独厚的优势,将其与社会动员工作相结合,以获得更大的工作成效,成为学界研究的重点问题之一。本文通过系统阐述网络社会动员的发展背景、分析网络社会动员的构成要素、细致探讨网络社会动员的模式机制以及适合目前开展网络社会动员的路径,以期能够推动此领域的工作朝向规范化、系统化、科学化的方向发展,也为推进社会治理贡献力量。
With the advent of the era of Internet, influences of communication based on the network are increasing. There- fore, how to utilize the network unique advantages, and make it with social mobilization combined, in order to obtain greater work performance, has become one of the focuses of academic research. How to make use of the advantage of network, and combine it with the social mobilization, in order to better carry out the work and obtain greater efficiency, has become one of the key issues in academic research. The paper describes the development background of network social mobilization, analyzes its elements, mechanism and suitable path for the current development of it, in order to contribute to the promotion of social governance.
