全媒体视域下教育舆情的特征、治理困境与对策 被引量:13

Public Opinion Management in the Field of Education from the Perspective of Omnimedia:Derivation, Dilemma and Countermeasures

摘要 全媒体时代加速了教育舆情传播由扁平化媒介向立体化信息互联体系的跨越,随之带来教育舆情的扩散速度不断增强,教育舆情的演进类型不断复杂,教育舆情的问题冲突不断显著,教育舆情的化解难度不断提升。当前,要进一步降低教育舆情事件的负面影响,破解新时期媒介多元化产生的信息偏差,稳固社会意识形态安全,就需要深入挖掘全媒体环境下教育舆情的衍化传播特征和治理过程中的问题与困境,构建基于全媒体的教育舆情预警与风险研判机制,研究贯通式的全媒体教育舆情应对引导策略,进而有效缓解矛盾冲突,提升教育舆情的综合治理能力。 The omnimedia era has accelerated the transition of spreading patterns of educational public opinion from the conventional media to a three-dimensional interconnecting system.It has led to a faster spread,more complicated deriving patterns,more significant conflicts,and increasing problemsolving difficulty in educational public opinion.At present,in order to further reduce the negative impact of educational public opinion events,to lower the information deviation caused by the diversity of media in this new era,and to stabilize the security of social ideology,it is imperative to deeply explore the evolving and spreading characteristics and the dilemmas in the managing process of the educational public opinion in an omnimedia environment.It is also necessary,based on omnimedia to build educational public opinion assessment and forewarning mechanism,to study the end-to-end type of omnimedia educational public opinion response and guidance strategy,so as to effectively alleviate conflicts and improve the comprehensive managing capabilities in educational public opinion.
