摘要
简约主义治理长期存在于中国农村基层的治理实践当中。通过剖析简约主义治理的发生机制,认为简约主义治理的"形"是依赖当地人来治理当地民众的"准官员"制度,而"实"为"准官员"在沟通国家与社会,搭建普遍主义逻辑与特殊主义逻辑之间承接与转换的桥梁作用上。实践证明,一旦"准官员"制度的内在机制遭到破坏,正式治理无法从村庄内部获得治理资源,基层治理实践就会遭遇挫折,地方社会秩序就无法得到正常的维系。
Contracted management in rural china has existed for a long time。This paper tries to analysis the occurrence mechanism of the contracted management,and found that the contracted management dependents on the＂quasi officials＂system on the surface,but in fact it plays a important role between the state and society.It has been found that Once the internal mechanism of the＂quasi officials＂system was destroyed,the formal management could＇t get internal management resources from village,the rural governance practice would encounter setbacks,and the social order could also fall into disorder.
