摘要
判断庞杂的网络信息并衡量是否交付信任已成为网民的日常事务。本研究认为"网络信息信任"是个人在接触、识别及接受网络信息过程中表现出来的信任形态,它与信息在网络这一特定环境中的传递、扩散特征,以及网民携带线下生活经验与价值信念对网络环境的适应与应对有关。本文以"罗尔事件"为典型的网络信息信任案例,抓取包含事件关键节点的3万多条热门微博评论,并采取等距抽样的方式抽取3221条作内容分析,以此了解网民在网络环境中进行信息加工时所拥有的心理资源和应对策略。研究发现,一方面人们以延承自线下熟人社会的思维方式对信息来源可控性、权威性、道德性进行加工;另一方面,在更具生人社会特征的网络环境中,人们通过追求网络信息充分性、将信息进行社会类别化(特别反映为社会阶层化)加工以及建立群体共识来避免信息信任陷阱。这两条线索提供的资源形成了信息结果的可预见性和个人的胜任感两种必备的心理因素,以此作为预防信任风险的基础。本研究揭示的网民在熟人社会与生人社会交织的网络社会中适应与建构环境的心理基础,对理解网民舆情动态具有启发意义。
It has become the daily business of Internet users to make judgement and trust the complex Internet information.This study believes that"Internet information trust"is a form of trust displayed by individuals in the process of contact,identification and acceptance of Internet information.It is related to the transmission and diffusion characteristics of information in the specific environment of the Internet,and the adaptation and response to the Internet environment when netizens carry offline life experience and value beliefs.The article takes"Luo Er event"as a typical case of Internet information trust,and selects more than 30,000 popular Weibo comments containing key moments of the event,and take isometric sampling to extract 3,221 of them for content analysis,so as to understand the psychological resources and coping strategies of Internet users in information processing in the network environment.The research found that on the one hand,people process the controllability,authority and morality of information sources thinking and value belief from the offline acquaintance society;on the other hand,people avoid the trap of information trust by pursuing the adequacy of Internet information,social categorization of information(especially reflected as social stratification)and building group consensus in the Internet environment with more social characteristics.The resources provided by these two clues form two necessary psychological factors:predictability of information results and personal competence as the basis for preventing trust risks.This study reveals the psychological basis of adapting and constructing the environment in the Internet society of a web of both acquaintance society and stranger society,are significant in understanding the dynamic of Internet users’public opinion.
