“岗课赛证”融合下的高职学前教育改革探讨 被引量:3

摘要 在高等职业教育变革中,“岗课赛证”融合教学是重点研究成果,要求课程教学对接岗位,突出实践教育;倡导课程教学与赛事培训相结合,提高学生综合发展能力;鼓励课程教学与证件考取关联,带动学生综合素养与能力的培养。在实施中则是以岗定课,让教学与岗位实习积极对接;以证定标,让课程教学与证件考取相互融合;以赛促学,建立课程与赛事的双赢培养机制。通过“岗课赛证”的融合深化高职教育变革,该文以高职学前教育为例,探讨“岗课赛证”融合的具体实施路径,以明确“岗课赛证”融合教育的推广价值。 In the reform of higher vocational education,the integrated teaching of"post course competition certificate"is the key research achievement.It requires curriculum teaching to connect with posts,highlighting practical education;Advocate the combination of course teaching and competition training to improve students’comprehensive development ability;Encourage curriculum teaching and certificate examination related,promote the cultivation of students’comprehensive accomplishment and ability.In the implementation of the curriculum is determined by post,so that teaching and post practice actively docking;Mark by certificate,let course teaching and certificate examination and acquisition of mutual integration;To promote learning by competition,establish a winwin training mechanism of courses and competitions.Deepen the reform of higher vocational education through the integration of"post course competition certificate",This paper takes preschool education in higher vocational colleges as an example to explore the specific implementation path of the integration of"post course competition certificate",so as to clarify the promotion value of the integration education of"post course competition certificate".
