摘要 2004年我校创办家政专业第一次研制教学标准,解决了国内家政教育教学标准不成熟问题。办学17年来,多次通过大规模调研,坚持研制专业教学标准对接产业需求,坚持开发课程标准对接岗位技能标准,坚持研发“1+X”证书标准等对接新业态新技术,保证办学方向和办学质量。校行企产教融合研制标准,构建了标准开发流程,形成标准研发路径。开发出一批具有南粤特色的教学标准、课程标准、地方标准和企业标准,以标准指导教学实践,培养了大批南粤特色家政人才,引领南粤家政企业发展。同时,学校家政专业成长为国家骨干专业,广东省现代家政服务与管理高水平专业群的核心专业,办学实践对国内家政职业教育高质量发展具有积极借鉴意义。 In 2004,Qingyuan Polytechnic founded the home economics major and developed the teaching standard for the first time,which solved the problem of immature teaching standard of home economics education in China.Over the past 17 years,through the large-scale investigations,it insisted on developing the professional teaching standards to meet the needs of the industry,developing the curriculum standards to meet the job skills standards,and developing“1+X”certificate standards and other new technologies to meet the needs of new business forms,so as to ensure the direction and quality of running a school.The standards have been researched in the way of the school-enterprise cooperation and integration of the production and education,and a standard development process has been established and a standard research and development path has been formed.A number of teaching standards,curriculum standards,local standards and enterprise standards with southern Guangdong characteristics have been developed to guide the teaching practice,cultivate a large number of home economics talents with Guangdong characteristics,and lead the development of home economics enterprises in Guangdong Province.At the same time,the home economics major has grown into a national backbone major and the core major of the high-level professional group of modern domestic service and management in Guangdong Province.The school running practice has positive reference significance for the high-quality development of home economics vocational education in China.
