基于“课、岗、证、赛”深度融合下高职专业人才培养模式研究与实践——以工业机器人技术专业为例 被引量:10

Research and Practice of Higher Vocational Professional Talent Training Mode Based on the Deep Integration of "Course, Post, Certificate and Competition"——Take Industrial Robotics as an Example

摘要 随着国家全面推进制造强国战略,很多工科高职院校都开始设立工业机器人技术专业。通过对高职工业机器人技术专业办学现状以及导致该现状的原因进行分析,基于“课、岗、证、赛”对职业院校人才培养的要求,探究高职工业机器人技术专业人才培养模式。通过将专业课程与岗位、“X”证书、技能竞赛深度融合,构建四位一体的工业机器人技术专业人才培养模式,培养高素质复合型工业机器人专业人才。 With the country’s comprehensive promotion of the manufacturing power strategy,most engineering higher vocational colleges have begun to set up the specialty of industrial robot technology.Through the analysis of the current situation and leading phenomena of the school running of industrial robot technology specialty in higher vocational colleges,and based on the background of the talent training requirements of"courses,posts,certificates and competitions"in vocational colleges,this paper explores the talent training mode of industrial robot technology specialty in higher vocational colleges.Through the deep integration of professional courses with posts,“X”certificates and skill competitions,a four in one talent training mode for industrial robot technology professionals is constructed to cultivate high-quality compound talents for industrial robot professionals.
