基于学前教育专业教育技能大赛的高职院校改革路径探析 被引量:5

An Analysis of the Reform Paths of Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Educational Skills Competition for Preschool Education Specialty

摘要 学前教育专业教育技能大赛有利于提升学生核心素养与职业综合能力、提升教师职业素养与职业教育领导力、提高学前教育专业人才培养质量、形成政行校企(园)办学合力。学前教育专业教育技能大赛成效体现在四个方面:大赛规程对标专业人才培养要求,导航学前教育专业的发展方向;大赛内容对标幼师职业岗位需求,检验学前教育专业学生的核心素养和职业综合能力;赛教融合优化专业人才培养方案,促进学前教育专业人才培养质量提升;赛教融合涌现出可供推广应用的教学改革范式,推进学前教育专业高质量发展。针对学前教育专业教育技能大赛反映的高职院校存在的赛教融合教学改革的深度不够、师资队伍建设的保障机制不健全、产教融合协同育人的聚力不强、大赛资源转化成果的效果不好等问题,需要守正创新,探索“岗课赛证”综合育人的实施路径;振兴教师教育,打造新时代高素质专业化的“双师型”教师队伍;深化产教融合,推进政行企校协同育人的实施进程;多层面聚力资源转化,形成可推广应用的成果。 Educational Skills Competition for Preschool Education Specialty is conducive to improving students’core literacy and comprehensive vocational ability,improving teachers’professional literacy and vocational education leadership,improving the quality of talent cultivation in preschool education,and forming a joint effort to boost government,industry,schools,and enterprises(kindergartens)in running schools.The effectiveness of Educational Skills Competition for Preschool Education Specialty is reflected in four aspects:the competition regulations targets the requirements for the cultivation of preschool education and guide the development direction of preschool education specialty;the content of the competition targets the needs of preschool teachers’professional positions,and tests the core literacy and comprehensive professional abilities of preschool education students;integrate competition and education to optimize professional talent cultivation plans,and promote the quality improvement of preschool education professional talent cultivation;competition teaching integration has emerged teaching reform paradigms that can be promoted and applied to promote high-quality development of preschool education specialty.Aiming at the problems reflected in the educational skills competition of preschool education specialty in higher vocational colleges,such as insufficient depth of competition teaching integration teaching reform,imperfect guarantee mechanism for teacher team construction,weak cohesion of production teaching integration collaborative education,and poor effect of competition resource transformation results,this paper proposes strategies for the reform of higher vocational colleges:adhering to integrity and innovation,exploring the implementation path of comprehensive education of“post,course,competition and certification”;revitalizing teacher education and creating a high-quality and professional“double-qualified”teacher team in the new era;integrating resources and promoting the balanced development of preschool education in China.
