摘要
为了探讨岗课赛证视角下的护理模拟教学在中职学校急救护理学教学中的应用效果,选取湛江中医学校2020级护理专业4个任课班级220名学生作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各110名.对照组采用传统教学,观察组采用岗课赛证视角下的护理模拟教学,干预2个月后,对两组学生的考试成绩、岗位胜任能力和教学满意度进行评估.结果显示,观察组的理论考试成绩、客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)评分均高于对照组,教学满意度也同样高于对照组.由此可以看出,在中职学校急救护理学中采取岗课赛证视角下的护理模拟教学,能够提高学生急救护理理论、实际操作技能及岗位胜任能力,从而提升教学效果及学生满意度.
In order to explore the application effect of nursing simulation teaching in the perspective of post-course-competition certificate of Emergency Nursing teaching in secondary vocational schools,220 students from 4 classes of nursing major of Grade 2020 in Zhanjiang Medium Medicine Department School were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,110 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching,and the observation group adopted the nursing simulation teaching from the perspective of post-course-competition certificate.After 2 months of intervention,the test scores,post competence and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were evaluated.The results showed that the theoretical examination scores and objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)scores as well as the teaching satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.It can be seen that adopting nursing simulation teaching from the perspective of post-course-competition certificate in Emergency Nursing in secondary vocational schools can improvethe students′emergency nursing theories,practical skills and competency of the positions,so as to improve the teaching effect and students′satisfaction.
