摘要
教育教学改革项目是高校提升育人水平的重要抓手、强化内涵建设的重要载体、教师教学能力提升的重要路径。但当前高校教改项目质量提升面临以下困境:教改项目存在不同程度的异化现象、教改项目的质量标准不清、教改项目的功能定位存在分歧、教改项目质量建设研究薄弱。文章通过优化高校教改项目质量管理策略、重视高校教改项目质量文化培育、加强高校教改项目质量内涵研究,表明其为当前高校提升教改项目质量的关键举措。
The Education and Teaching Reform Project(Hereinafter referred to as"Education Reform Project")is an important way to enhance the education level,strengthen the connotation of the important carrier,and enhance the teaching ability of teachers.However,the current quality improvement of educational reform projects in colleges and universities is faced with the following dilemmas:Dissimilation of educational reform projects in different degrees,unclear quality standards of educational reform projects,differences in the functional orientation of educational reform projects,and weak research on the quality construction of educational reform projects.The key measures to improve the quality of education reform project are to optimize the quality management strategy,to cultivate the quality culture of the project,and to strengthen the research on the connotation of the quality of the project.
