摘要
教研教改项目是深化教育教学改革的重要载体,加强项目管理对于推动教研教改项目的深入研究和促进教研教改项目建设水平的有效提升均具有重要作用。本文从地方高校的视角出发,分析了教研教改项目管理的逻辑起点,探讨了现阶段教研教改项目管理存在的问题,提出了今后教研教改项目管理效能提升的有效策略,以期为今后深入推进我国地方高校教研教改项目管理工作提供有益思考。
The teaching research and reform project is an important carrier of deepening reform of education and teaching.Strengthening project management plays an important role in promoting the project and raising the construction level of it.From the perspective of local universities,this paper analyses the logical starting point of the project management of teaching research and reform,probes into the problems existing in the project management at the present stage,and puts forward effective strategies for improving the efficiency of the project management in the future,with a view to provide some useful thinking in advancing the project management of teaching research and reform in local universities of China.
