摘要
针对高校教师教学发展评价复杂、缺乏客观有效评价标准的现状,基于全国本科院校教师教学发展指数理论模型,以计算机学科教师为研究对象,根据计算机学科特点,科学构建了计算机学科教师教学发展评价指标体系。评价指标体系包括教学团队、教改项目、教材项目、教学论文、教学成果奖、教师培训、教师教学竞赛等7个一级指标及14个二级指标。选取浙江省一所高校的计算机学科教师开展个案研究,结果表明,评价标准具有信效度高、指标内容覆盖全面、数据来源客观等特征,可用于评价和诊断计算机学科教师的教学发展水平及状况。
In view of the complex evaluation of college teachers’teaching development and the lack of objective and effective evaluation criteria,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of computer science teachers’teaching development based on the theoretical model of the national undergraduate college teachers’teaching development index.The evaluation index system includes seven first-level indicators,including teaching team,educational reform project,teaching material project,teaching paper,teaching achievement award,teacher training,teaching competition,and 14 second-level indicators.Computer science teachers in a university in Zhejiang Province are selected for a case study.The results of the case study shows that the evaluation standard has the characteristics of high reliability and validity,comprehensive coverage of indicators,and objective data sources,and can be used to evaluate and diagnose the teaching development level and status of computer science teachers.
