摘要
在分析文旅产业与新型城镇化耦合协调机理的基础上,构建耦合协调评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型、障碍度模型和灰色关联分析法对2013—2022年云南省16个州市文旅产业与新型城镇化的综合发展水平、耦合协调度的时空演化特征及内外部影响因素进行测度与评价。结果表明:①研究期内云南省文旅产业综合发展水平呈先增后减的倒“V”形发展态势,新型城镇化综合发展水平呈波动增长态势,二者总体保持相对平衡的发展状态;②文旅产业与新型城镇化的耦合协调度稳定性较好,但发展态势不佳,总体由极化布局向均衡化布局转变;③相较于新型城镇化系统,文旅产业系统对文旅产业与新型城镇化耦合协调发展的阻碍作用更强,影响因素障碍度具有空间差异性;④就外部影响因素而言,政府扶持、市场需求、通信条件和高等教育的驱动作用明显,科技创新、基础设施建设的影响作用较小。
Based on the analysis of the coupling coordination mechanism between cultural tourism industry and new-type urbanization,this paper constructs the coupling coordination evaluation index system.Using the coupling coordination degree model,obstacle degree model and grey correlation analysis method,the comprehensive development levels of cultural tourism industry and new-type urbanization,the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics and internal and external influencing factors of coupling coordination degree between cultural tourism industry and new-type urbanization of 16 cities(prefectures)in Yunnan Province from 2013 to 2022 were measured and evaluated.It is found as follows.①During the study period,the comprehensive development level of cultural tourism industry increased first and then decreased,and the comprehensive development level of new-type urbanization showed a fluctuating growth trend,and the two maintained a relatively balanced development state.②The coupling coordination degree between the cultural tourism industry and new-type urbanization is stable,but the development trend is not good,and the overall layout has undergone a shift from polarization to equilibrium.③Compared with the new-type urbanization system,the cultural tourism industry system has a more prominent hindrance to the coupling coordinated development of the cultural tourism industry and new-type urbanization,and the obstacle degree of influencing factors has spatial differences.④In terms of external influencing factors,government support,market demand,communication conditions and higher education play a prominent driving role,while scientific and technological innovation and infrastructure construction play a smaller role.
