摘要
基于对绿色金融发展与绿色全要素生产率关系内涵的深刻理解,文章测度了我国30个省份的绿色金融和绿色全要素生产率发展水平,并建立空间杜宾模型定量分析绿色金融发展水平对我国绿色全要素生产率的影响。结果表明:目前,我国绿色金融发展水平和绿色全要素生产率水平呈现"东高""中平""西低"的分布格局;绿色金融发展水平对绿色全要素生产率的影响并非简单的线性关系,而是呈现"U"型关系,这种"U"型关系还表现为两者间存在"U"型关系的空间溢出效应;其他变量如产业结构、科技投入、人力资本以及外商直接投资水平均对绿色全要素生产率有影响。因此,要增强绿色金融实力,更好地助力绿色经济发展。
Based on the in-depth understanding of the connotation of the relationship between green finance development and green total factor productivity,this paper measures the development level of green finance and green total factor productivity in China’s 30 provinces,and establishes spatial Dubin model to quantitatively analyze the impact of green finance development level on green total factor productivity in China.The results show that the development level of green finance and the level of green total factor productivity in China present a distribution pattern of"high in the east","medium in the central"and"low in the west"at present,that the impact of the green finance development level on green total factor productivity is not a simple linear relationship,but presents a U-shaped relationship and this kind of relationship is also expressed as the U-shaped spatial spillover effect between the two,that other variables such as industrial structure,technological investment,human capital and the level of foreign direct investment also have an impact on green total factor productivity.Therefore,the strength of green finance should be enhanced to better contribute to the development of green economy.
