摘要
提升文化旅游产业发展效率是产业高质量发展的必然要求,对文化旅游产业效率进行研究具有重要现实意义。文章基于DEA-Malmquist模型,测度了2012~2020年安徽省16个地市文化旅游产业效率,并进一步分析其时空格局特征。结果显示:(1)安徽省文化旅游产业2012~2020年综合效率呈现波浪式上升,2020年发展态势较弱,处于波浪的下降期;(2)安徽省文化旅游产业效率在空间分布格局上整体呈现皖南高、皖北低、大集中、小分散的特点;(3)阜阳市、滁州市、芜湖市及宿州市的文化旅游产业发展存在短板,阜阳市、滁州市和芜湖市规模效率下降,宿州市技术效率下降,使得四市综合效率的增长程度受到约束;(4)六安市与宣城市的文化旅游产业效率相较于周边城市具有较高的提升空间。本研究结果对解析安徽省文化旅游产业效率时空格局特征有一定参考价值,对全面提升安徽省文化旅游产业效率和水平具有借鉴意义。
Improving the development efficiency of cultural tourism industry is an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of the industry,so it is of great practical significance to study the efficiency of cultural tourism industry.In this paper,the efficiency evaluation index system of cultural tourism industry in Anhui province is constructed based on relevant research.Based on the DEA-Malmquist model,this paper measures the efficiency of cultural tourism industry in Anhui province and 16 cities from 2012 to 2020,and further analyzes its spatial and temporal pattern characteristics.The results show that:(1)the comprehensive efficiency of cultural tourism industry in anhui province shows a wave rise from 2012 to 2020,and the development trend is weak in 2020,which is in the wave decline stage;(2)In the spatial distribution pattern,the efficiency of cultural tourism industry in Anhui province is higher in southern Anhui and lower in northern Anhui,with large concentration and small dispersion.(3)The development of Fuyang,Chuzhou,Suzhou and Wuhu has a barrel effect;(4)Lu'an city and Xuancheng City show significant neighbor negative effect.The results of this study have certain reference value for the analysis of temporal and spatial pattern characteristics of the efficiency of the cultural tourism industry in Anhui Province,and have reference significance for comprehensively improving the efficiency and level of the cultural tourism industry in Anhui Province.
