摘要
发展银发经济既是满足老年群体对美好生活向往的现实需要,也是经济社会高质量发展的新动能。在老龄化和数字化双重叠加背景下,银发经济发展遭遇科技红利尚未凸显、老年群体需求表达与传递难等困境,制约了数字适老化的进程。文本基于供求理论框架,从需求端阐析老龄化催生银发经济,从供给端探讨数字化驱动银发经济,进而分析当老龄化叠加数字化,银发经济呈现供需错配市场现实的原因,提出应通过科技创新、政府引导、市场创新、社区互助及家庭反哺等举措破解银发经济发展困境,促进银发经济高质量发展。
Developing the silver economy is not only a practical need to achieve the aspirations of the elderly for a better life,but also a new driving force for high-quality economic and social development.This study analyzes the impact of aging on the silver economy from the demand side within the framework of supply and demand theory,and the impact of digitization on the silver economy from the supply side.It points out that there is the market reality of a mismatch between supply and demand in the silver economy when aging encounters digitization.It proposes promoting the development of digital aging adaptation through government guidance,market innovation,community mutual assistance,and family feedback,in order to achieve harmonious development between aging and digital society,and to promote the emergence of new business models and tracks in the silver economy.
