摘要
人口结构老化将成为人类社会新常态,老年教育开始成为社会发展不可忽视的力量存在。我国老年教育发展的广度和深度受到相关制度储备缺位、资源供给不足、人口老龄化发展差异以及个体动态学习需求的影响。老年教育的概念和框架需要与当前社会老龄化的趋势进行系统性地应对,在政策制度、推进方式、机构功能和社会力量参与层面重构理论,在理论与实践结合的过程中将融入老龄社会治理体系、构建老年教育统筹机制、激活老年教育参与力量、挖掘远程老年教育潜力作为当前老年教育转型发展的策略选择。
The aging population structure will become the new normal of human society, and the education of the aged has begun to become a force that cannot be ignored in social development. The breadth and depth of the development of education for the elderly in China is affected by the lack of relevant institutional reserves, insufficient resource supply, development differences in population aging and individual dynamic learning needs. The concept and framework of education for the elderly need to be systematically responded to the current trend of social aging, and rebuild the theory of transformation and development of education for the elderly at the level of policy systems, promotion methods, institutional functions and participation of social forces,in the process of combining theory and practice,integrating into the social governance system, building a coordination mechanism for senior education, activating participation in senior education, tapping the potential of remote senior education are the strategy choice for the transformation and development of the current elderly education.
