银发经济中备老人群消费特征与发展趋势研究被引量：2

A Study on the Consumption Characteristics and Development Trends of the Pre-aging Population in the Silver Economy

摘要银发经济已成为我国未来经济持续增长的重要领域,发展银发经济需要从供给和需求两方面同时发力。银发经济有特定的年龄针对性,文本关注银发经济中未老阶段的备老经济。备老人群呈现身体健康状况良好、预期寿命持续延长,文化教育水平较高、消费观念开放包容,互联网普及程度较高、消费个性化、注重悦己等群体特征,具有较强的消费能力和消费意愿,备老人群的消费将为银发经济带来巨大的增量空间。深入理解并满足备老人群的消费需求,对推动供需在更高水平实现良性循环、促进银发经济高质量发展具有重要意义。 The silver economy has become an important pillar for China’s sustained economic growth,and its development needs to be promoted from both supply and demand sides.The silver economy has a speciﬁc targeted population,and this article focuses on the pre-aging group of population.This age group displays some special characteristics,including better physical health and increasing life expectancy,better education attainment,high degree of Internet penetration,etc.Moreover,they have open and inclusive consumption concepts,strong willingness and actual purchasing power,and will bring signiﬁcant incremental space to the silver economy.Based on theﬁve waves of consumption data from the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS)2011-2020,this articleﬁnds that the consumption patterns of the pre-aging population are gradually shifting from traditional survival types to development and enjoyment types.The study reveals trends in the development of the pre-aging economy,including the technologization of smart elderly care,proactive health management,and the enhancement of cultural,educational,and entertainment quality.Understanding and meeting the needs of the pre-aging population is crucial for promoting a virtuous cycle of supply and demand at a higher level and fostering high-quality development of the silver economy.

作者简介彭希哲,复旦大学文科资深教授,老龄研究院院长,人口与发展政策研究中心主任,博士生导师,享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家。长期在中国人口动态和人口政策、老龄化和可持续发展等领域从事教学科研与决策咨询工作。发表学术论文近200篇。先后荣获中华人口奖、中国老年学和老年医学学会杰出贡献奖、复旦管理学杰出贡献奖等荣誉;陈倩,复旦大学老龄研究院老龄事务管理专业硕士项目主任。
