摘要
加快形成以国内大循环为主体,国内国际双循环相促进的新发展格局,必须准确定义经济内循环的概念与内涵,深度分析经济内循环的特征与规律,充分揭示经济内循环存在的桎梏与困难;在此基础上,本着目标与问题导向,通过深化体制改革、推动技术创新、挖掘消费潜能、激活投资能力,实现经济内循环速率的提升、规模的扩大,充分发挥内需在我国经济社会持续稳步发展中的主导作用。
To promote the“dual-cycle”development pattern,it is necessary to define the concept of the internal,or domestic economic circulation,its characteristics,the factors that influence its operation,as well as the constraints and difficulties that such a pattern may encounter.On this basis,we may start to resolve these problems by deepening our institutional reform,promoting technological innovation,expanding consumption potential,and activating investment ability.These measures will help expand domestic demand,which in turn will drive play a key role in driving sustained and steady economic and social development of China.
