摘要
共生是体育组织和媒体实现价值共创、推进体育高质量发展的重要战略。从我国体育组织和媒体关系演化的历程出发,以共生理论为逻辑基点,二者共生关系呈现出点共生、间歇共生、连续共生3种组织模式和寄生、偏利共生、非对称互惠共生3种行为模式,它们的共生关系并非线性更替,而是呈现出多种组织模式和行为模式交织并存的状态。但体育组织和媒体共生单元内生能量不足、共生界面资源流动不畅、受共生环境影响较大等问题阻滞了二者关系向更高层级进化。数字化时代体育组织和媒体权力重组改变了二者关系格局,为实现高级别生态系统共生的应然模式提供了可能。研究提出生态系统共生模式的核心共生单元是“体育-媒体”一体化联盟,树立长期主义和“大体育观”的价值共识、构建生态系统共生模式、优化共生环境是二者的共生进路。
Symbiosis is an important strategy for sports organizations and media to foster value co-creation and drive high-quality development of sports.Drawing from the evolution of the relationship between sports organizations and media in China,this study adopts symbiotic theory as a logical framework to identify three organizational patterns(point symbiosis,intermittent symbiosis,continuous symbiosis)and three behavioral patterns(parasitic symbiosis,biased symbiosis,asymmetric reciprocal symbiosis)that characterize their symbiotic relationship.It is important to note that this relationship is not a linear succession but rather a complex interplay of various organizational and behavioral patterns.However,challenges such as limited internal energy within the symbiotic unit,inefficient resource flow at the symbiotic interface,and significant influence from the symbiotic environment hinder the progression of this relationship to a higher level.In the digital age,the restructuring of power dynamics between sports organizations and media has the potential to facilitate the realization of a higher-level ecosystem symbiosis.The study proposes that the core symbiotic unit of the ecosystem symbiotic model is the integrated alliance of“sports-media,”and suggests establishing long-term perspectives and“Sports in Society Outlook”,constructing an ecosystem symbiosis model,and optimizing the symbiotic environment as a means to achieve symbiosis.
