摘要
尽管澎湃新闻客户端存在很多亮点,但其在内容策略、盈利模式、运作思维等方面存在着诸多隐忧。内容策略上,原创新闻策略的价值在降低,并不能成为澎湃新闻制胜的关键;盈利模式上,遵循流量商业化路线的澎湃新闻面临迅速扩大用户基数与活跃度的难题;关系经营上,澎湃新闻缺乏用户参与的动力机制,难以把初期人气转化为用户黏性;最后,在运作思维上,服务理念的缺失使澎湃新闻在实现传统媒体思维向新媒体思维转换上任重而道远。
The Pape has some underlying apprehensions on the content strategy, profitability model, working mind, although has several strengths. Firstly, the value of original content strategy is devalued,and it will not become the key of success for The Paper. Secondly, The Paper encounters some difficulties on the expansion of user's quantity and quality. Thirdly, The Paper can hardly convert the early popularity into user stickiness without a strong dynamism on user participation. And finally, because of the lack of service concept, switching working mind from traditional media thinking to new media thinking continues to be a arduous task.
