摘要
运用文献资料、田野调查等研究方法,对新媒体时代草根体育组织的案例——"黎明脚步组织"进行实地调研,剖析新媒体时代草根体育组织发展的困境:身份认同中官方合法性的缺失;组织自身治理方式的滞后和治理机制的缺乏;强大而脆弱的卡理斯玛权威的影响。建议:在身份认同方面应充分利用新媒体平台,加强不同主体的合作共治;在治理机制方面应由单一自治走向"政府购买服务"和"网络交换式"合作治理。
This paper, with the methods of literature review and field work, takes the sport organization Limingjiaobu （The Footsteps of Dawn） as an example to explore the development dilemma of grass-root sports organizations in new media era. The problems include the loss of official identity legitimacy, the lag of management for the organization itself, the shortage of management mechanism, and the powerful but fragile Carlisle Mar Authority, etc. The study puts forward the suggestions as followed ： to take full advantage of new media platform to achieve the co-governance by different parties; to change the single self- management into the cooperation governance of ＂ government purchase service＂ and ＂network exchange＂.
