简化CBL教学模式在泌尿外科临床带教中的效果评价 被引量:16

Effect evaluation of simplified CBL teaching mode in clinical teaching of Urology Surgery

摘要 目的 结合科室实际情况,对CBL教学模式进行简化,分析其在泌尿外科临床带教中的教学效果。方法 选取2021年3月—12月在遵义医科大学附属医院泌尿外科实习的43名临床医学专业学生为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=16)和试验组(n=27);对照组采用传统带教模式,试验组采用简化CBL教学模式。对比两组实习医学生理论考核成绩,并收集试验组对该教学模式的评价情况。结果 试验组的理论考核成绩为(85.22±6.23)分,明显高于对照组的(77.75±5.56)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,试验组学生对新的教学方法评价较高,均在“优-”以上,而评“优”的学生占比超过80%。结论 与传统带教方法相比,简化CBL教学模式能够提高实习医学生的理论考核成绩,并且该教学模式得到试验组实习医学生接受及较好的评价。 Objective To simplify the CBL teaching mode combining the actual situation and analyze the teaching effect of the simplified teaching mode in the clinical teaching of Urology Surgery.Methods 43 clinical medical students who were in the internship in Urology Surgery in the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from March to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group(n=16)and the experimental group(n=27).Traditional teaching mode was adopted in teaching the control group,while simplified CBL teaching mode was given to the experimental group.Scores of the theoretical exam of the two groups were compared,and effect evaluation this teaching mode of the experimental group was collected.Results The score of theoretical exam of the experimental group was 85.22±6.23,obviously higher than that of the control group(77.75±5.56),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the results of the questionnaire,students in the experimental group gave relatively good evaluation of the new teaching method,with an average A-,while more than 80%of students gave the result of A.Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching method,simplified CBL teaching mode improves medical interns'scores of theoretical exam,and this teaching method is approved and given good evaluation by the medical interns in the experimental group.
