摘要
目的通过研究在感染科护理带教中应用标准化患者模式的临床效果,总结教学经验。方法选择实习护生(本院感染科50名),时间设定2016年1月至2019年1月,依据随机对照分组原则,分成对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=25)。在带教中,对照组安排传统带教模式,观察组安排标准化患者模式。分别在实习结束时考核2组护生的技能操作,评估考核成绩,并采用满意度问卷调查表评价2组护生对带教模式的满意度情况,对比应用效果。结果观察组护生在带教中考核测评的成绩为(92.80±5.50)分,高于对照组的(87.30±4.70)分,经统计学分析,P<0.05;同时,在教学满意度上,观察组为96.00%(24/25),对照组为76.00%(19/25),两组差异比较,P<0.05。结论针对感染科护理带教,可通过标准化患者模式进行大力推广。
Objective to summarize teaching experience and study clinical effect of application standardized patient model in nursing teaching of infectious diseases department.Methods choose 50 nursing students(from infection department in our hospital)from January 2016 to January 2019.According to randomized control grouping principle,divide them into control group(n=25)and observation group(n=25).During teaching,control group was treated with traditional teaching mode,and observation group with standardized patient mode.At the end of internship,assess skill operation and performance of two groups,and satisfaction of two groups with teaching mode based on satisfaction questionnaire,and compare application effect.Results teaching assessment scores of observation group were(92.80±5.50),higher than control group(87.30±4.70).After statistical analysis,P<0.05;at the same time,teaching satisfaction of observation group was 96.00%(24/25),that of control group was 76.00%(19/25),difference between two groups showed P<0.05.Conclusion standardized patient model can be widely applied in nursing teaching of infection department.
